I’m moving!

It’s happening. Though I’ve come to truly love this space over the years, things change, people move forward… and the time has come for me to move…

To a new website!!

(Did I scare you, Toronto friends?)

Yes, I’m so happy and excited to announce that I have a shiny new website for my new business, Kennedy Baker Nutrition. Please visit and let me know what you think! Of course, there’s not much on there yet as I literally just launched it. But what you can expect to see there in the future:

– More fun nutrition facts

– More nutritious and delicious recipes

– More healthy lifestyle tips

– More information on various body systems and how our diets impact them

– More goodness in general!

You may be wondering what will become of Running After Balance. You know what? So am I. I’ve become so attached to this blog since I started it almost two years ago. Still not quite ready to let it go. I may become less frequent in my posting. It may become far heavier on running content than it’s been in the past. I’m just going to play it by ear for the next while… please bear with me!

I want to take this opportunity to thank YOU, my beloved reader, for following along with me – whether you’re a frequent commenter (hi, mom), a faithful subscriber, a silent friend or a once-in-a-blue-moon reader. I hope my musings thus far have provided you with some information, inspiration or, at the very least, amusement. I’ve so enjoyed sharing my journey to health, and getting to know and learn from you in the process.

I hope to continue the conversation with you over at Kennedy Baker Nutrition.

Until next time!

  1. Allo, dear friend! Your new blog/website looks amazing. Congratulations. You’re a wonderful example of a person to look up to — following your dreams and doing something that you love. I may have to ask you to be my mentor…we’ll talk later 🙂

    • That means so much Jo, thank you! Can’t wait to chat about your exciting new developments 🙂
